This marks the end of her role as a joint administrator in the company, which had been performing well financially.

According to reports from Vanitatis, Insparya saw net profits of 4.21 million euros in 2022. Despite these positive results, Rodríguez stepped down from her position, paving the way for Sandro Ricardo Martín Cardoso to join Paulo Joaquim Silva Ramos as the new administrators of the business. Silva Ramos, who co-founded the company with Ronaldo, remains involved in the day-to-day operations.

A New Business Venture: Bellalisa SL

While the reasons behind Georgina Rodríguez’s departure from Insparya remain unclear, it is believed that it could be related to her latest entrepreneurial venture. In February 2024, Rodríguez launched a new company, Bellalisa SL, based in Pozuelo, in the same neighborhood where she and Ronaldo reside in La Finca. Unlike previous ventures where she collaborated with her partner, Georgina is embarking on this new project independently.

Rodríguez is the sole owner and partner of Bellalisa SL, while her longtime representative Ramón Jordana Sánchez serves as the company’s administrator. The business was established with a modest capital of 3,000 euros and is dedicated exclusively to real estate promotion.
