FC Barcelona wants to save the most money this summer during the transfer window in order not to be in bigger debt. The club is looking for loan deals that are similar to what they did last summer. They brought in Joao Felix and Joao Cancelo in the summer transfer window and the two players could once again play for Barca next season in the same way. The Catalan club could not offer the big transfer fees Atletico Madrid and Manchester City asked for Joao Felix and Joao Cancelo, respectively.

While FC Barcelona plans on working on new loan deals for the two Portuguese players, Barca wants to bring in players who are free agents this summer. Last summer, Barcelona signed Ilkay Gundogan from Man City on a free transfer. FC Barcelona signed Robert Lewandowski from Bayern Munich two summers ago on a free transfer.
