Cristiano Ronaldo and Al Nassr will soon begin playing in the Saudi Pro League after two months without competitive action. Ronaldo and Al Nassr are second in the league and will be playing in the AFC Champions League. Ronaldo will look to help his team reach new goals and trophies for the rest of the season.

Al Nassr's last game in the Saudi Pro League was against Al Taawoun, where Ronaldo scored in the 4-1 win away from home. Ronaldo's Al Nassr has 46 points with 19 games played. They are 7 points behind league leaders Al Hilal, who hasn't lost a game in the league this season. The two sides will play each other again in May in the league. Al Nassr's first game back with be in the AFC Champions League against Al Fayha in the round of 16.
Before the first competitive match, Al Nassr was scheduled to play three friendly matches these past few weeks. Al Nassr canceled a China tour where they would've played Chinese clubs Shanghai Shenhua and Zhejiang. They did play against Lionel Messi's Inter Miami, where they destroyed them 6-0. Ronaldo didn't play at all, while Messi played the last 10 minutes. This week, Al Nassr will play one final friendly against Al Hilal.

According to journalist Saud Al-Sarami, Al Nassr received an offer from Real Madrid for the new Santiago Bernabeu ceremony to play a friendly match against each other. Cristiano Ronaldo could return to Madrid very soon and get a chance to play at the new Bernabeu this year. It is still unknown when the game could take place and if it will be against Al Nassr.
