Carlos Tevez is another memorable name, and his goals inspired many football fans. Tevez ended his career with 312 goals after spending lots of time in the Premier League.

Francesco Totti is another legendary name Ronaldo overtook with his goal record after turning 30. The Italian legend, who played in AS Roma for his entire career, scored 316 goals. Luca Toni is another Italian striker who delivered in Italy. Toni scored 322 goals in his career. Robin Van Persie is a Premier League legend, and he scored 322 in his career goals. Ruud Van Nistelrooy is one of the most effective strikers football has ever seen, and he ended his career with 366 goals. His former teammate Wayne Rooney also scored 366 goals during his career and is the all-time goalscorer of Manchester United. Gonzalo Higuain also finished his career with 366 goals.

Cristiano Ronaldo outscored Samuel Eto'o by two goals

Other legends Ronaldo overtook were Didier Drogba and Thierry Henry. These two Premier League greats scored hundreds of goals. Drogba scored 367 goals in his career, and Henry scored 411 career goals. Ronaldo just overtook Samuel Eto'o, who finished his career with 420 goals. Ronaldo is on 422 goals after turning 30, and it looks like he won't stop there.
