Cristiano Ronaldo has always expressed that he loves to play for his national team, Portugal, regardless of whether it's a competitive match in the Euros, the World Cup, or a friendly match. The International break starts this week, and Portugal will have two friendlies in preparation for the summer Euros in Germany. Portugal knows that their group will include Turkey and the Czech Republic. The two friendlies coming up this week will be against Sweden on Thursday and Slovenia next week. Many reports suggest that the Portuguese icon will not be a part of the game against Sweden this Thursday.

Cristiano Ronaldo seems not to be ready for Thursday's friendly against Sweden because of his recovery process during a short break he took with his girlfriend, Georgina Rodriguez, and his children at an expensive resort in Saudi Arabia. The Portuguese posted images of him in recovery while also being at a beach with his family. Georgina Rodriguez also posted videos and photos about the trip to Saudi Arabia on her Instagram. Ronaldo is not injured as he played a few days ago in Al Nassr's 1-0 win against Al Ahli in the Saudi Pro League. Ronaldo scored the only goal of the game and also finished the full 90 minutes.

Ronaldo seems to not be the only one missing the friendly against Sweden this Thursday. Record reports that Ronaldo will join the Portugal squad after the game. Cristiano Ronaldo, Otavio & 6 other players will be excluded from the match between Portugal and Sweden (scheduled for Thursday) and will not join training until the start of preparations against Slovenia.
