Liverpool defeated Brighton and Hove Albion 2-1 in the Premier League at Anfield. Liverpool took advantage of Manchester City and Arsenal playing against each other this weekend as they got three important points for the title race. Liverpool are once again league leaders of the Premier League and are now on 67 points. The Reds were trailing really early in the game, but after many attempts at goal, Liverpool turned it around and gave their fans joy in this intense title race.

Liverpool started poorly after giving the ball away a couple of times. One of those led to a great counterattack from Brighton, which resulted in their opener at Anfield. Mohamed Salah completes the comeback in the second half for Liverpool
