A star is born! Endrick scores for Brazil to give them a 1-0 win against England

The game at Wembley Stadium between England and Brazil ended 0-1 in favor of the Brazilians as Endrick scored his first goal for the Brazilian national team in a competitive game of football. Brazil had some of the clearer chances of the game, while England tried more shots. The next friendly for Brazil will be against Spain next week at the Santiago Bernabeu, while England will take on Belgium at Wembley Stadium again.

England started the game on fire first as Phil Foden sent a ball into the box across the face of the goal, and it went wide from his far post. Brazil threatened with their first attack in the 9th minute as Rodrygo got past Conor Gallagher and shot from 25 yards. Jordan Pickford makes a save to prevent Brazil from scoring. In the 12th minute, Vinicius almost scores as Paqueta sends the ball over the England defense and leaves Vini one-on-one with Pickford. Vinicius moves to the right in the box and shoots the ball towards the left side of the net. The shot is weak, and Kyle Walker easily stops the ball from going in.

Brazil almost scored again in the 17th minute when Rodrygo shot the ball wide past the far post, with Pickford beaten. England threatened with set pieces as they had free kicks and corner kicks. In the 35th minute, Brazil was close again as Paqueta shot the ball at the left post with Pickford nowhere near it. The second half looked brighter for England in the 50th minute. Anthony Gordon shot a half-volley, and Bento Krepski saved his shot. The Brazilian made three crucial saves in the game.

Endrick scores for Brazil and gives them the win as he makes history

In the 71st minute, Endrick gets subbed on to replace Rodrygo. It took the 17-year-old nine minutes to score his first goal for Brazil as Vinicius Jr ran into the box after a great pass by Andreas Pereria. Vinicius' shot is saved, but the rebound falls to Endrick, who taps the ball into the empty net. Endrick becomes the youngest play to score a goal at Wembley Stadium in a club or country history.
