Neymar Jr is not going through his best time, now, he received some more bad news.

It has been a disastrous season for Neymar Jr. In fact, what started as a new adventure at Al Hilal has now become a real nightmare for the Brazilian. After leaving Paris Saint-Germain, the Brazilian suffered a serious injury that did not allow him to play more than 4 games with Al Hilal.

Given this, Al Hilal opted to release the player, since the team was spending millions on a player who occupied a place on the roster. Now, a 35-year-old Brazilian woman, is demanding a sum of 368,000 euros from Neymar before a labor court in Saint-Germain-en-Laye, a town located on the outskirts of Paris. This is because the player used it between January 2021 and October 2022 without legally registering it and having committed other offenses in relation to the French legislation currently in force.

According to the complaining woman, she worked for Neymar seven days a week at a chaotic pace, without being recognized for the overtime she worked at home, the absence of paid vacations and social work, in addition to always having been paid in cash. In fact, Marcia explained that she was made to attend work just days before she gave birth to her child.

Ney could be in trouble

After it became known that Neymar was going to leave Paris Saint Germain to leave for Asia, Marcia was sent an email to be able to agree to close the employment contract in a friendly manner. However, the young woman never received a response, so she decided to go to court.
