Kylian Mbappe capped off a perfect night at the Parc des Princes. Amidst rumors of a possible departure, the Frenchman scored a brace in Paris Saint-Germain's 3-1 victory over Lens in the third round of Ligue 1.

The fixture was opened by Marco Asensio, the new player of the Parisian club, who also made his scorer debut  in today's game. Mbappe's goals followed, one in the 52nd minute and another in the 91st minute. With this, PSG secured their first victory of the season after two previous draws that had Luis Enrique's team under pressure.

Kylian Mbappe's situation remains uncertain. According to reports from SPORT, there are two options on the table in Paris. The first is a one-year contract extension (until 2025), and the second is signing a new contract.

According to Mundo Deportivo, Mbappe will announce his future today.
