Dani Alves would have almost everything against him in the trial in Spain for an alleged assault on a 22-year-old girl after an incident in a nightclub during a New Year's Eve party. The former Barcelona full-back in the first instance would have received a warning of a 9-year sentence, however, the number of years that he must serve in prison came to light if convicted, which could be around 7 years.

Now, the Vinicius case has been revived, as an Atletico Madrid fan hung a Vinicius Jr doll from a bridge, referring to his death. The case was more than viral, since it is an offense that totally crosses the line of what is correct and is an attack on the person of Vinicius Jr. Today, it is known how many years in prison they are asking for the person responsible.

The Madrid Prosecutor's Office took action on the matter and requested four years in prison for four members of the ultra ‘Frente Atlético group’ who were accused in the judicial case. Now, the Public Ministry of Spain also charges them with a crime of threats and another against fundamental rights and public freedoms, demanding joint compensation of 6,000 euros for the moral damages caused to the 23-year-old Brazilian soccer player.

What the law says in Spain:

This is how the prosecution described it: "It was hung in a place that also has wide visibility for all users of that road", thus confirming that the law in Spain takes care of footballers and public figures.
