A few days after Liverpool couldn’t win their second Champions League with Jürgen Klopp on the dugout, The Reds already took a decision about the continuity of Sadio Mané, as the Senegalese international has one year of contract.

The 30-year-old left-winger said that he would decide his future once the Champions League was over, and even if he has yet to openly speak about it, several reports are placing him far from Anfield, as he’s the only player that hasn’t confirmed his intentions of staying and fulfill his contract, unlike Mohamed Salah and Roberto Firmino.

As if that wasn’t enough, reports from The Athletic inform that Liverpool has already established a selling price for Mané: $53 million, an affordable sum for Bundesliga side Bayern Munich, who have become the favorites for signing him.

Bayern, not willing to pay more than $32 million

According to reports from Diario AS, Sadio Mané already agreed to terms with the Bavarians, as he will sign for three years and $21 million per season, but the asking price that Liverpool established for him has stalled the negotiations between the clubs.

Bayern Munich are looking to lower the price that The Reds are asking, as they have offered $32 million, almost $20 million less than what the Merseyside team are expecting to receive for one of their key players in recent years.

But while the Bavarians keep refusing to agree to pay the $53 million, PSG and Real Madrid have entered the race for the Senegalese international, as they are looking to compete for the Champions League once again next year.
