Lionel Messi is very big. La Pulga finished confirming his status as the best player in history with his consecration in the 2022 World Cup in Qatar and then continued dazzling everyone in the United States with Inter Miami. However, in the last few hours a gesture was made known that also demonstrates the great human quality that those from Rosario stand out so much for those who have the possibility of getting to know him more thoroughly.

Leo trained since Thursday alongside his teammates and everything is set for him to make his return to the fields this Saturday against Cincinnati at the DRV PNK Stadium, for the penultimate matchday of the MLS. Now, in the last practice before the clash against the leader of the Western Conference, Messi moved everyone with a detail he had with a child on the Garzas property.

'Make-A-Wish', an organization dedicated to fulfilling the dreams of children with terminal illnesses, managed to help a boy named Emmanuel meet his idol. La Pulga gladly agreed to spend some time with the boy and they took pictures after training. The little boy posed with a sign with the phrase “this is my wish” and the exciting moment was even shared by the Inter account. Along the same lines, the institution in charge of making the link posted: "Thank you Inter Miami for making Emmanuel's dream come true. His family said that words cannot describe the emotion we had seeing him so happy".

Messi will play tonight against Cincinnati

In the absence of official confirmations, it is expected that Leo can start tonight at Inter Miami. Gerardo Martino has yet to decide when to use the captain, but it is almost a fact that he will have minutes, taking into account that he will seek to add some competitive rhythm before joining the Argentine National Team.
