Paris Saint-Germain's new coach, Christophe Galtier, and the sporting management have imposed a much more demanding model of discipline in the dressing room, with a stronger work ethic and the obligation to improve coexistence.

Galtier and the club's sporting director, the Portuguese Luis Campos, seek to create a real team spirit and avoid the personalism of some stars, according to coincidentally reported Thursday L'Equipe and Le Parisien.

It was also reported that players must arrive at the Camp des Loges between 8:30 and 8:45 a.m., so that the squad can have breakfast together, and that anyone arriving late without prior permission or justification will not be allowed to join the team and will have to return home.

The use of cell phones will also be forbidden at breakfast and lunch, so that the players can talk to each other and avoid losing concentration.

The Parisian directors have so far been happy with the results that the new discipline has generated in the dressing room, although it remains to be seen if it will last the whole season.

Finally, the ethical document that players sign upon arrival at PSG, detailing their duties and obligations, is now more detailed and precise.

The ultimate aim of these measures is to encourage a collective mentality and avoid individualism, according to reports.
