PSG is amid another scandal and again, it's about Kylian Mbappe. But the information shared by Mediapart and the French paper Le Figaro is quite disturbing since it involves Paris Saint Germain using a digital army of fake social media accounts.  Why would one of the richest clubs in the world need this? Let's find out

In recent months, there have been reports that Kylian Mbappe is unhappy with life at Paris Saint-Germain. The French World Cup winner was linked with a move away from the club to Real Madrid. But in the end, the striker snubbed the offer and decided to stay in PSG. His new deal involved a ridiculous amount of money, 90 million dollars just in wages per season.

But now it seems Mbappe regrets that decision, but with Real's president still hurt by how Mbappe decided to stay in Paris, it seems the forward's only way out of Paris with a move to the Premier League, with  Liverpool said to be interested in signing him. The Reds could pull a bid for 175 million dollars for Mbappe, making him their most expensive transfer ever.

Now, it has been claimed that Mbappe's unhappiness at PSG is down to his dissatisfaction with the club's hierarchy. According to multiple reports, the 23-year-old is not happy with the way PSG is run and he doesn't want to play with Neymar and Lionel Messi anymore. But that brought huge consequences to the French player

How PSG attacked Mbappe using fake social media accounts

Frédéric Geldhof, former director of operations of URéputation, revealed that PSG would have contacted the agency to create a “digital army" (fake accounts on social media) to calumniate the image of some players of the club. He confirmed these accusations, made first by Médiapart on the microphone of RTL.
