The talk of the week at PSG's camp has been the relationship between Neymar and Kylian Mabppé, which is in moments of great tension after the Brazilian superstar went off against the Frenchman for not passing the ball to him during the victory over Juventus at the start of the new Champions League season.

The action that unleashed Neymar's discomfort, happened five minutes into the second half when Mbappé received a through ball from Lionel Messi that left him in front of Juventus's goalkeeper but with no clear shot, and on the other side of the pitch, ‘Ney’ was wide open screaming for a cross but never received the ball as the french shot in poorly fashion.

Immediately, the Brazilian exploded after the horrible effort from Mbappé. This undoubtedly gave rise to hundreds of speculations about the relationship between these two superstars, who might not be at their finest moment.

Fortunately, Christophe Galtier, PSG's coach, spoke about the matter: “The relationship between ‘Ney’ and Kylian is very good. I say it sincerely. They do the exercises together, and they are seen together in the warm-ups. Mbappé will give assists to ‘Ney’, and ‘Ney’ to Kylian.”

The recently appointed coach also took a moment to explain the play that created discomfort in Neymar, and said that the Frenchman had almost no time to make other decisions as he was already in front of Mattia Perin, and would've been hard to spot Neymar on the other side.

Neymar and Mbappé have played together for almost 4 years.

PSG returns to action this weekend at home against Stade Brestois 29,  with the opportunity for both footballers to smooth things between them and focus on the rest of the Ligue 1, Champions League, and domestic cups seasons. Everybody knows that anything short of a triplet is not enough for the French side.
