Lionel Messi is one of Inter Miami's most outstanding players. The player had an excellent first season with the Florida team despite not having played even half of the season. With this said, we can see the great talent that Messi has to solve situations that did not seem favorable. Now, with the team out of the playoffs, Miami wants to start its preseason as soon as possible.

It should be noted that despite winning the Leagues Cup, Gerardo Martino's team could not repeat the momentum in the MLS. One of the most surprising things about Lionel Messi was his great debut against Cruz Azul where he scored a goal from a free kick. From then on, things would continue to be favorable for the Argentine from now on. As the matches went by, Inter Miami won its first official title and the Argentine's first in the United States.

Furthermore, the main international media covered the news that Lionel  conquered the United States a little less than a month after his arrival. At the same time, many consider that the player still had enough level to continue competing in Europe. Nevertheless, the former Barcelona player decided to put an end to a European adventure that began when he was just a teenager.

Similarly, one of the main interested parties in taking the 36-year-old player on loan was precisely Barcelona. Because Miami will not play in the playoffs, the team will be out of league activity until February 2024. During the FIFA International Break, the same player clarified that there will be no loan in Spain and that he will stay in the United States with The Herons. Miami will also begin a two-game tour of China.

Bad news coming from China

It should be noted that Lionel Messi and Inter Miami will travel to China in the first days of November to play two friendly matches. However, one of these matches scheduled for November 8 against Chengdu Rongcheng has been cancelled. This was announced by the China Morning POst through a statement
