Howwever, reports emerged that Saudi Arabia club, Al Nassr tabled an offer for the Real Madrid legend, a €200 million annual salary, the biggest in the world. Saudi Arabian football is growing, and Ronaldo might help the league's reputation, which might encourage other players to play there in the future.

In an effort to entice the 37-year-old Cristiano to the club, Al-Nassr is rumored to have offered him a hefty two-and-a-half-year deal. Al Hilal, who is willing to spend a lot of money to close a contract, has suddenly come to light as a formidable contender for his signature. It is the second club preparing crazy offer for the Portuguese.
