Leo Messi's emotional message to his friends that were discarded by PSG

Leo Messi has taken to his Instagram account to say goodbye to two players with whom he shared the dressing room at PSG and were some of his closest friends in the Parisian team. The Argentine star bids farewell and wishes good luck in their new destinations to both his compatriot Leandro Paredes and Ander Herrera, leaving for Juventus and Athletic Bilbao respectively.

To Ander Herrera, with whom Messi struck a good friendship, ‘Leo’ wrote: "And good luck to you too. I was delighted to meet you, I thank you for the way you welcomed me from the first day and I wish you all the best in your return to La Liga".

As to his compatriot and friend Leonardo Paredes, Messi begins his message by wishing him "every success in your new stage. It was wonderful to share so many things in Paris and I will always remember all the beautiful moments we lived together”. To which Paredes replied: “I’m going to miss you little guy, see you soon”.

Leo Messi likes having his friends close to him, specially Spanish-speaking friends since Leo does not speak any other language. But after Mbappé’s demands to the team, Messi is forced to see many of his friends leave the team, something that undoubtedly will affect his decision in the future to leave or stay with PSG one year longer.
