Teams who also want Mané and are willing to pay Liverpool what they are asking for

Jürgen Klopp knows that he needs to continue building a team that can fight for both titles, especially since he agreed to renew with The Reds until 2026. But he also knows that there are several players entering their last year of contract and that it is the last opportunity for Liverpool to earn back their investment.

One of the players that is set to leave Liverpool over the summer is Sadio Mané, as the Senegalese international already has agreed to terms with Bayern Munich and now negotiations between the two teams are in place to set a transfer fee.

Klopp knows who he wants to replace Mané

The German coach knows that there’s no time to mourn the departure of one of the key players for The Reds, and is already looking to replace him, as he knows it is also an opportunity to improve the position with a younger player.

According to reports from The Daily Star, the chosen one to replace the 30-year-old left-winger is Martin Terrier from Ligue 1 side Stade Rennais FC, who scored 21 goals last season and was the third top striker in the French top flight.

The 25-year-old left-winger is under contract with Rennes until 2025, but if Liverpool were to acquire him, they will have to pay $27 million, an affordable sum especially if they are hoping to earn $55 million for Sané’s transfer.
