The Uruguayan defender began by selling a typical Uruguayan food, which is called "Empanadas", thus, he got extra money to go to training and help his family. Ronald Araujo, besides being one of the best in the world, is now wanted by a couple of Premier League giants.

Araujo did not have an easy time at FC Barcelona, however, now he is managing to shine despite difficult circumstances, such as being eliminated from the UEFA Champions League and the Europa League two years in a row.
