FC Barcelona devises a bizarre strategy and asks Salah for something that would ruin Liverpool for next season

According to information from the international press, FC Barcelona has asked Mohamed Salah not to renew his contract with Liverpool so that when his contract expires in June 2023, that is to say in approximately 1 year, the Culés can sign him for free and would only have to pay the millionaire salary that the player wants and that Anfield seems not to want to pay him. In other words, Salah would have to remain with the Reds until he is released from his contract with the institution so that Barcelona can sign him. 

However, this could be very counterproductive and could ruin Liverpool's performance on the pitch, having a player who is in a club that does not meet the needs he considers important. It is enough to remember that Barcelona itself has already gone through a situation like this with Ousmane Dembélé, a player who did not want to renew with the team led by Xavi Hernandez and was removed from the main team, which started a kind of fight within the team. It is therefore curious that the Culés are asking Salah to do something that caused them a conflict.
