The official list for one of the most prestigious awards in soccer has finally been revealed. France Football shared the 30 finalists for the Ballon D'Or, an award given to the best footballer of the last season. However, in this edition, one of the big surprises was the absence of Cristiano Ronaldo, who despite the fact that he was not a favorite to win it, was not even among the final 30 nominees for the award.

Cristiano Ronaldo is one of the great winners of this award. However, the player was not considered for this edition, despite being the top scorers in the Saudi Pro League, but it seems that his bad moment at Manchester United weighed heavily, as well as the decision of the Portugal coach in not starting in the 2022 World Cup in the most important matches.

Cristiano is one of the most important scorers in the history of the sport. However, this is the first time since 2003 that the player is not considered among the top 30 in the world. It should be remembered that Cristiano Ronaldo has won the Ballon d'Or 5 times throughout his career, but it seems that the dream for the sixth will be something very complicated for the player.
