Neymar Jr has chosen his new team for next season.

Neymar has been the center of attention in world football. On and off the field, much is said about the player's name. With a contract until 2025 with Paris Saint-Germain, the Brazilian star would offer himself, according to the newspaper Sport, from Catalonia, to return to Barcelona, where he shone between 2013 and 2017, being champion of the European Champions League and the World Cup of FIFA. FIFA Club Cup, as well as La Liga and other titles.

However, the possible arrival of Luis Enrique to the French team may put a brake on his exit plans, since the Spanish commanded the Brazilian striker from 2014 until his departure to French football in 2017. With that, he would stay over there. After hiring midfielder Ilkay Gundogan, Barça seeks to strengthen other sectors of the field, but does not close the door on its former number 11.

With three World Cups for the Brazilian team, the striker would even be willing to reduce his salary, to comply with the financial fair play required by the Spanish League. Currently, number 10 receives around 30 million per season.

Salary reduction?

If he returned to Barça, however, the player would receive practically the same as he earns at PSG. However, coach Xavi Hernández declared that the priorities for the Blaugrana team are different, and he did not rule on the almost certain contracting of striker Vitor Roque, from Athletico-PR. Xavi and Neymar were teammates at Barça between 2013 and 2015
