Barcelona is interested in signing Manchester United striker Marcus Rashford on a free transfer, according to reports. The 24-year-old has just over 8 months remaining on his current contract at Old Trafford and is yet to agree to an extension. That has led to speculation that Rashford could be sold in the January transfer window or he could leave for nothing when his deal expires at the end of this season. 

Barcelona is said to be monitoring the situation and they could make a move for Rashford if he becomes available. It is understood that the Catalan giants are monitoring his situation closely. Rashford has been surprising this season for United so far. Erik ten Hag choose him over Cristiano Ronaldo as the Red Devils' main striker.
