Arnaut Danjuma confirms if he wants to leave for Liverpool and leaves Reds fans in shock

With the current summer transfer window looming it is a fact that Premier League sides are already doing their job of sounding out players to strengthen the squad for next season and Arnaut Danjuma has long been a priority for the Liverpool.

Ever since the Dutch striker's name began to be bandied about as a potential arrival at Anfield, the player has been at the center of hundreds of rumors ranging from what Liverpool would pay for him to which players would leave the Reds to make room for the player's arrival. 

However, it has been the player himself who has now spoken about this information and his comments left Liverpool fans in shock as they did not expect the player to address the issue in such a frontal way. "It was funny because I did an interview in Holland where they asked me if I had heard anything about Liverpool's interest. I said yes because I had read about it in the press. As soon as I said yes, my phone imploded with messages," said the player, who spoke about whether he would go to play at Anfield.

The Dutch striker has spoken on the subject and to the disappointment of Reds fans, Arnaut Danjuma has no interest in playing for Liverpool as he feels comfortable at Villarreal, a club where he has had a great season with 16 goals in 34 games, so he has no desire to leave his club and La Liga to go to the Premier League. "My team hasn't said anything to me and I'm really enjoying my soccer at Villarreal. I am very happy here. We have had a fantastic season," were the player's words, with which he denied rumors of his arrival at Liverpool.
