There is no replacement for Karim Benzema at Real Madrid. For now, the team has not been able to find a substitute who is at the level of the Frenchman and for Carlo Ancelotti this is an impossible task. The manager has ruled out having in his plans a youth team player who already made his debut with the team and is now looking for a new 'refuge' in La Liga.

The influence of the Frenchman has been very high in recent years, and that is why replacing him is not an easy task. They have tried on several occasions and different strikers such as Morata, Jovic, Mariano or Mayoral, but none of them have managed to provide assurance to the manager.

Real Madrid sell another youth academy player, the emotional farewell

After announcing the departure of Borja Mayoral to Getafe, Real Madrid continues to see departures. Juanmi Latasa is close to signing for Getafe. The youth player has not had opportunities after making his debut last season and continues to play for Real Madrid Castilla coached by Raúl Gonzáles.

With 21 years of age, he has already scored 13 goals in the merengues' subsidiary and does not see opportunities in the team where he will have to compete with Benzema, Hazard and a possible false '9′ that would be Mariano. The club agrees to his exit and therefore, several Spanish media claim the player blanco is negotiating with Getafe.

Ancelotti’s options are running low

Carlo Ancelotti loses another striker and is left with only Hazard to make up for the few losses that Karim Benzema could cause during the season, since Mariano is not to the liking of the Italian and will have a hard time getting minutes this season.
