After the failure of Inter Miami, Lionel Messi and his message to Miami fans

There is no doubt, Lionel Messi changed the face of Inter Miami after his arrival to the team a couple of months ago. However, Inter Miami failed to qualify for the Major League Soccer playoffs, and therefore, yesterday they played their last game of the season.
 

Now, Lionel Andres Messi has communicated a message to all Inter Miami fans on his official Instagram profile. It is not common for Lionel to express himself in such a way, however, when he does it, he does it from the heart.

This was Lionel Messi's message after finishing his first season with Inter Miami: I am proud of everything the team achieved this season. With everyone's work and effort, we were able to win the @leaguescup, achieving the first title in the history of the @intermiamicf, we reached the final of the Lamar Hunt U.S. @opencup and we were even fighting to get into the @mls Playoffs practically until the last moment.

What else did Messi say?

We are left with all the good things and above all with the desire to improve to be even more competitive next year. I would like to thank all the people at the club and the city of Miami for the support they always give us. I am sure that we will continue to live incredible moments together as has happened in recent months.
