FC Barcelona will sell a couple of players this summer to gain over $200M.

FC Barcelona president Joan Laporta has repeatedly stated that the club will not sell any key players this summer in order to gain funds. While the club is interested in potentially signing a few players this summer, the club will have to generate revenue or funds to make the deals happen. The Catalan club has been signing a couple of free agents in the past few windows, such as Robert Lewandowski and Ilkay Gundogan. The club has also found a way to bring great players on loan deals and extend the term. According to many Spanish outlets, that is the club's plan for Joao Cancelo and Joao Felix. Now, the club is looking to reach a certain number this summer, with some players set to be listed as transferable this summer.

According to Sport, FC Barcelona aims to bring in $216 million in sales this summer. The club is willing to sell up to five players this summer. Those players are Raphinha, Christensen, or Jules Kounde, another defender, Ansu Fati, and gain a percentage of the sale of OGC Nice defender Jean-Clair Todibo. The French defender has Premier League clubs interested in him and is willing to offer $64-$75 million for him. FC Barcelona still holds a 25% sell-on clause on the player, and they could get a decent amount if offers reach around the $75 million mark.

Raphinha has become an interest of Saudi Arabian clubs in the Saudi Pro League, and Al Hilal has reportedly offered more than $100 million for the player. Although FC Barcelona is willing to accept this offer, the Brazilian winger wants to stay at the club, and Barcelona would need to convince the player to make a move.

Marca reports that Barça will ask for the loan of Joao Cancelo for another year. At the moment, they are not thinking about buying him. The club is also considering the same for Joao Felix, as Atletico Madrid wants a permanent deal.
