With the age of 39, Zlatan Ibrahimovic continues to be one of the greatest attackers in the world. The Swedish forward is playing at AC Milan, a club for which he scored 11 goals after 10 appearances. But the top-scorer has also shown before all his great conditions, even when he played at LA Galaxy MLS side.

In the U.S. club, Ibrahimovic played 58 matches in which he scored 53 goals and gave 15 assists. Today, one of the greatest goals Zlatan ever scored in his career, was considered the best in the MLS history. It was the one he scored on El Trafico derby against LAFC on March 2018 with a 40-yard stunner.

That goal received 12.21% of the votes, more than any other. On the second position and with 10.55% the one chosen was Obafemi Martins for Seattle Sounders FC against Colorado on 2015. The third one that completed the podium was the score from Darlington Nagbe for Portland on 2011, that gained 9.59% of the votes.

The last two goals awarded on the MLS 25th anniversary was those scored by Eric Hassli, for Vancouver in June 2011, and by Graham Zusi, for Sporting Kansas City against FC Dallas on June 2011. In this way, Zlatan defeated Carlos Vela, who was one of the other candidates to win but didn’t end between the five first positions.
