October has started and even though the MLS won't stop there are many players from the league that have been called up by their national teams. The situation is very particular, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, and clubs are not obliged to let them out.

To start we have to say that there are 36 players from the MLS called up by their national teams. Many of them won't be traveling, as their clubs denied that possibility, such as D.C. United with Edison Flores, Junior Moreno and Yordy Reyna (Peru) or Erik Sorga Estonia. New York City FC won't let Alexander Callens (Peru) out and neither will do Montreal with Clement Diop (Senegal) or Philadelphia with Jose Martinez (Venezuela).

With some others players in this condition, we also have those who integrated the preliminary call-up lists but not the final ones, such as Cristian Pavon, Jhonder Cadiz and Renzo Zambrano.
