The reasons why the transfer of Jonathan González to Atlanta United Football Club did not take place.

The main reason is Club de Fútbol Monterrey, the team that owns Jonathan González's pass. The Mexican squad put up many obstacles and put all the possible impediments so that the hiring of Jonathan González to Atlanta United Football Club was not completed.
