After several controversies around him, Hansen would have finally decided to sell the club and dedicate himself entirely to his other businesses. Although he is being investigated by the MLS for misuse of language and mistreatment, that would not be the only reason for his drastic decision.

The overexposure that he has from owning several clubs of different disciplines tired the millionaire businessman so he would have decided to leave the sports world. Criticisms of people related to sports are constant and you must be mentally prepared to bear them, apparently Hansen is not.

In turn, he also maintained that he would leave the club so that the love of the fans remains the same as it is today, and that who owns it has nothing to do with how fan feels about the club. His idea is that the club continues to have the success it has been having and that people do not have negative responses to it because of him.

Finally, it is clear that the club owner cannot continue to sustain an organization when the employees have a bad relationship with him. There were two solutions to this problem, either he or all the employees who were against him left the organization. To protect the reputation of the club, he decided that the best option was to sell it
