The most valuable Mexican player is not Carlos Vela and is valued at 9 million euros.

Despite many fans questioning the level shown by Alan Pulido in the Mexican National Team, the former Chivas player is having a great tournament with Sporting Kansas City, scoring six goals in the season. His level in MLS has made him one of the most valuable players in the league, Pulido became the most valuable Mexican player.

The 30-year-old striker did not increase his value, thanks to the fact that Carlos Vela plummeted shockingly, since he went from being worth 15 million euros to eight million euros, even dropping out of the top 5 most valuable Mexican players. The list of the five most valuable Mexicans in MLS is headed by Pulido with nine million.

Followed by Carlos Vela, with eight million; in third place, Rodolfo Pizarro, with seven million; fourth place, Efraín Álvarez, with five million, and lastly, Javier 'Chichiarito' Hernández with two million.  After 11 matches played with Sporting Kansas City, Alan Pulido has six goals and remains in contention for the goal-scoring title this season.

So far, Raúl Ruidíaz (Seattle Sounders) and Javier ´Chichiarito´ Hernández (LA Galaxy) are the leaders in this sector with a total of eight goals each. Pulido has been training separately for the past week while waiting for the stitches to be removed and for the wound to finish the healing process before he can start working with the rest of his teammates.
