The Vancouver Whitecaps were without their main striker for the rest of September after the MLS disciplinary committee suspended Lucas Cavallini for four games. And it is that this player did a serious action.

The player received a red card for stepping on an opponent's head in the 53rd minute of Vancouver's 3-0 loss to Nashville on Aug. 27. The sanction was for "violent conduct," the disciplinary commission explained in a statement.
