Inter Miami will suffer the loss for the next championship of its star forward, Gonzalo Higuaín, the Argentine decided to announce his retirement from soccer at the end of the team's participation in the current season of Major League Soccer. The club is close to qualifying for the playoffs.

“This decision was made three or four months ago. I informed the club and we reached a common agreement. It didn't happen from one day to the next", explained Higuaín at a press conference. Now the club will have to work on finding a new striker for next season.
