The curious ranking in which the MLS and the Liga MX beat the Spanish La Liga

Atletico Madrid and Real Sociedad are the top scoring teams in the Spanish La Liga (both with 10 goals). On the other hand, the Italian Serie A is at the top of the ranking, with 3.66 goals per game. Romelu Lukaku, Francesco Caputo and Andrea Belotti are the top scorers with five goals.

The English Premier League is in second place, averaging 3.58 goals per game. The German Bundesliga is in third place with an average of 3.08 goals and the Netherlands Eredivisie is in fourth place with 2.95 goals per game. The French Ligue 1 is between the MLS and the MX League, with an average of 2.54.
