In the past weeks, the possibility of Gonzalo Higuain to arrive to the MLS seemed to be difficult. But a change in his future contract in Juventus may change the situation.

The disqualification of Juventus in the UEFA Champions League led to a resounding change in the substitution bank. Andrea Pirlo took over as the new Head Coach of the Vecchia Signora and started to take heavy decisions. One of them was to define Gonzalo Higuain's future. And the Argentinean will have to search new club for 2021. As a consequence, his chances to arrive to MLS started to increase as he will become a free agent in the next months.

The principal impediment that Higuain had to jump into the American soccer was his high transfer fee. Los Angeles Galaxy was one of the teams that showed its interest in adquiring the superstar striker. Unfortunately, the $20M value appeared impossible for The Galaxy, that only expected to spend approximately half of his price.

But with his Playing Piece in his power, it will be the most tempting situation what will define Higuain's future. One week ago he admited that it would be a nice experience to join the MLS. His brother Federico became a legend in Columbus Crew and Pipita may follow his footsteps.
