The 25-year-old midfielder Marvin Bernárdez became the new temptation of the Minnesota United FC. The Honduran club economies are in danger and the player borned in Atlántida could arrive to MLS. However, two of the biggest clubs in Honduras, Olimpia and Real España, also want to acquire him and will offer him to stay in his home country.
Bernárdez, nicknamed El Flecha, had an above average performance in Vida, his actual team. Last season he scored three goals in 25 matches played. His principal virtues are his speed and diagonal movements that can incorporate to the team coached by the English Adrian Heath.
The Loons have lost their three last games and see this chance as a good replacement to take advantage of their youth forward players: Luis Amarilla from Paraguay, Mason Toye from USA and Matthew Bentley from England. In the next hours, Bernárdez future will be defined and MLS can be a dream come true to him as he admited in May that he wanted to play abroad.
