Peter Loge, a specialist in communications with more than 20 years of experience, talked about the crisis installed in the organization of Real Salt Lake. Loge was genuine: "A soccer team is different from a meat packing plant, it’s different from a pop-up, it’s not the Wienermobile. If a soccer team is going to succeed it has to be a part of the community".

Associate Professor of Media and Public Affairs at George Washington University in Washington, Loge took his time to talked about this issue and explain how to treat this kind of problems in a organization.

"In RSL’s case that’s three franchises, plus facilities, plus the youth engagement. There’s this really terrific opportunity but you have to have the community engaged. You have to have the fans engaged. You have to feel as though you’re part of something larger than yourself, something to invest in emotionally", Loge summarized.
