Austin FC is still moving along preparations for their debut in the 2021 MLS season. After signing its first Distinguished Player (Cecilio Domínguez), now they have made another brilliant move. Today, they've announced they fully sold their season ticket memberships.

All general and supporter seat season tickets have sold out. An impressive movement is happening in Austin, Texas. The arrival of their new soccer team has awakened the city. Of 20,500 seats in the stadium, 15,500 have been sold. This represents almost $11M for the new franchise.

According to Austin FC's front office, this would be almost 75% of the stadium completed. Last year, four teams where under a 15,000 audience average per match: Chicago Fire, Colorado Rapids, Columbus Crew and FC Dallas. This would make Austin be on top of them even when they haven't debut yet!
