After Zlatan Ibrahimovic's declarations after declaring himself the best player to ever play in MLS, there have been many responses and reactions to the Swede, so MLS consulted journalist Greg Seltzer, who named the 10 best players to ever play in the U.S. soccer league.
There are many criteria that could be used to name the best players that Major League Soccer has seen, such as their career achievements, their individual awards, what they did in the US league itself, among others.

Landon Donovan
Donovan is undoubtedly one of the best players that the United States has given to the world, the striker was an icon of the national team, San Jose Earthquakes and Galaxy. Landon was responsible for breaking records in MLS, he was the most decorated player in history, all this for more than 14 seasons.
Sebastian Giovinco
The Italian player came to MLS to eclipse the league, the spotlight was always on him and he helped Toronto FC to win the historic treble of the Canadian team.
Thierry Henry
The French player was one of the best signings the league has ever made, his world-class play gave the Red Bulls their first Shield.
Zlatan Ibrahimovic
The Swede is one of the stars that attracts attention around the world, he arrived at 36 years of age to the league, but his goals are the key to make LA Galaxy one of the most dangerous teams in MLS.

Kasey Keller
