MLS teams and competition continue to make history. Months ago, they set a record for the number of participants who played in an MLS is Back Tournament. Today, another record has been established within the competition.
Yesterday was be the first time 26 teams in MLS have played in a single day, something that has never been done before in the competition. Due to the calendar's new adaptation after the football stoppage, all the game teams will play in this tournament.
This news falls nicely in the 25th season of MLS, which has fit perfectly for making a different season in MLS history. Yesterday´s first game was the New England Revolution vs. Montreal Impact, and the last one was the Los Angeles Football Club vs. Vancouver Whitecaps.
