MLS has transformed into one of the main leagues of America, as it has been investing fortunes to sign top players from around all the world. There are already some international figures playing in the U.S., as Gonzalo Higuaín, Blaise Matuidi, Javier Hernández or Carlos Vela, and some others may arrive soon.

The most emblematic case of a top international figure wanting to move to the MSL is Lionel Messi. The Argentine idol has revealed that he would like to live the experience to play in that league and that it is a clear possibility in the future. As his contract in FC Barcelona ends on June 2021, there are certain option of him moving.

Another figure in the same condition is Sergio Ramos, the captain from Real Madrid whose contract with the Spanish side expires on June 2021 as well. Despite president Florentino Pérez make an offer for his renewal, he has decline it and is waiting to define his future. The Spanish defender loves the U.S. and could make that move to play the last years of his career.

Other stars that could arrive are Mesut Ozil, set to leave Arsenal after many years at the club, Radamel Falcao, who has just left Galatasaray, Luis Suárez, who evaluated joining Messi if his best friend moves, Cristiano Ronaldo, that is in talks with his compatriot Nani to play at Orlando City, and Andrés Guardado, Mexican aged 34 who was linked to Charlotte FC recently.
