Next Wednesday, August 25, at the Banc of California Stadium in Los Angeles, the Major League Soccer (MLS) All-Star Game will take place, where the best players of the U.S. league will face the most outstanding players of Liga MX.
For this encounter, the event's organization revealed how the selection process will be, which will have 26 players chosen in a process that will involve the fans, the media and the players themselves, in addition to the appointed coach, Bob Bradley, and Commissioner Don Garber.

12 players will be determined by a vote of players, fans and media covering the competition, with each of the three voting groups representing one-third of the combined vote. The top vote-getters per position will be chosen outright, and the top vote-getter from the non-starters will make the roster.
Subsequently, another twelve players will be chosen by the designated MLS All-Star coach, such as Los Angeles FC coach Bob Bradley, while the final two will be chosen directly by the competition's Commissioner, Don Garber.
Meanwhile, on the Liga MX side, their picks will be divided among 14 players who will be chosen by the Golden Ball to be announced on Saturday, July 17; 11 by the coach who won the Golden Ball for best player of the season in Liga MX, and one who will be determined through a selection process.
