Kévin Cabral gave the Los Angeles Galaxy the lead in the 32nd minute, but in the 50th minute, 22-year-old defender Ranko Veselinovic scored his first Major League Soccer goal to give the Vancouver Whitecaps an equalizer.

Midfielder Kevin Cabral gave the Los Angeles Galaxy a first-half lead when he blasted a right-footed shot, but Vancouver equalized in the second half to earn a 1-1 draw Sunday night in Carson.

Cabral gave Los Angeles a 1-0 lead in the 32nd minute, but it wasn't enough for the Galaxy to extend a streak of three straight home wins. Vancouver has won just one of its last 13 games dating back to mid-May.
