Vancouver Whitecaps FC received the news of its participation in MLS a few days ago. With this, they will start a process to hire players. However, the departure of one of its players to Russia is official. 
The player is Inbeom Hwang, a South Korean player transferred to FC Rubin Kazan from the Russian Premier League. The transfer is for 3 million dollars, with the condition that if there is a future sale of the player, 25% of that income would go to Vancouver Whitecaps FC. Inbeom Hwang has played for the South Korean National Soccer Team. 
The 23-year-old expressed to the Vancouver Whitecaps FC leadership his wishes to continue his career in Europe. FC Rubin Kazan takes home a promising MLS player who will undoubtedly leave a hole in the Canadian team.
