Sebastian Soto is a 20 years old attacker formed in Real Salt Lake academy who has both Chile and American nationality. The youngster is now playing at Telstar in the Dutch second division, in a loan made from Norwich. Before, he also played for Hannover 96, in his very first experience after leaving U.S.

Soto scored three goals in five games played so far this season and the big question now is which national team is he thinking to represent. Recently, he said that he will be taking that decision soon, but, until now, things are very tied, in a 50-50 proposition.

During his time as a youth, the attacker played for the United States at the U-19, U-20 and U-23 levels, but as he didn't represent the first team he still has the opportunity to change and play for Chile. USMNT head coach Gregg Berhalter talked about his situation and said that he would like to count on Soto.

Even though he left the U.S. very soon, Soto made a whole career as a foreign and some years after leaving California he is a real promise in Europe. Norwich is awaiting to have him back from his loan, on June 2021, in order to sign him a renewal of his contract and to keep him with the English team.
