Philadelphia Union will have fans back at their stadium this Sunday in their game against Montreal Impact. They will do it just before the Philadelphia Eagles. The decision was taken after the Pennsylvania state government allowed sports teams to let their fans attend games under strict measures.

The allowance permits sports team’s venues of capacities over 10.000 to fill the 15% of their seats with fans. The Subaru Park, built in 2010 and located in nearby-Philadelphia Chester town, has 18.500 seats, which means that 2.775 individuals will be allowed to attend to Sunday’s game against Thierry Henry’s team, although both teams personnel must be count in that amount.

Pennsylvania state’s mandates impose a minimum of six feet of distance between occupied seats. Also, Union will provide tickets for groups of two, three and four fans together. The Subaru Park will have rows with seats available with a maximum of two blocks unlock. That means that fans from different groups won’t need to jump into each other.

Season-ticket holders of Union Philadelphia will have priority in acquiring tickets for this game. If after them there are still some tickets available, which is likely, they will be sold to general public. But even the season-ticket holders won’t keep their usual locations in the stadium and will have to accept the seats the club offers.
