Francisco Ginella: why he could be worth 10 million to LAFC

Ginella was singed on a transfer from Montevideo Wanderers on December 2019. He played two seasons in Uruguay and scored 1 goal in 33 appearances. This season with Los Angeles he has not become a main player to watch like Brian Rodriguez but he left some good performances though.

The 21-year-old looks like a talented young central midfielder. He is still suffering the adaptation period for a new league, a new country and a new team. He scored a few weeks ago for Los Angeles FC on a really hard match that the team ended up winning 3-1 against Seattle Sounders.

If he wants to be part of the staring squad for the playoffs, he will have to improve really fast, but this as is said before, he is still adapting to the MLS. Next season will be the right time to judge his performances and see if he could be considered for a big move to Europe.

Meanwhile, LAFC demonstrated that they are capable of getting a lot from young players so with a little effort Ginella could become a great prospect. Besides, he has already been called for the International teams, these kind of midfielders are the favorites of the Uruguayan coach.
