Despite the loss, Columbus Crew reached a record yesterday

Columbus Crew has an outstanding performance at the beginning of the MLS season. Last night all American fans were surprised after The Crew got defeated by the team which was at the bottom of the standings, New York FC. However, for Caleb Porter players it is just a little obstacle as they are still leading the East Conference, including a record they reached after their strong start.

As Kansas City did in 2012, New York Red Bulls and Real Salt Lake in 2011 and Los Angles Galaxy in 2010, the team of Ohio State conceded just two goals after seven matches. Despite not having the best performance at the MLS is Back Tournament, Porter trusted that they were going in the right road and results started to appear.

The next rival of Columbus Crew will be FC Cincinnati that will visit tonight Chicago Fire. A silly mistake made the team of the yellow and black shirt lose their undefeated streak. But, a stumble is not a fall and they will not step aside in their road to the MLS Cup.
